I am a practical therapist who works with you to find tangible solutions you can apply to your life. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and EMDR. We can work together to find the right combinations of methodologies to work through your challenges.

Every individual is unique and I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs. I believe that no matter what challenges my clients are experiencing, resilience, growth, and healing are always possible. Together, we’ll work on understanding the root causes of your relationship and life struggles and develop effective strategies to improve communication, rebuild trust, and foster deeper connections. I enjoy developing long term relationships with my clients and patiently support them as they move from places of hurt to healing.
