PHILADELPHIA THERAPY PRACTICE

A Therapy Practice Built Around Growth, Choice, and Forward Movement

CBS Counseling exists for people who are ready to move forward, not stay stuck in what has already happened. The work here centers growth, clarity, and intentional decision making for individuals and couples navigating change, relationships, and evolving life seasons. This practice believes progress is possible without pathologizing where you have been.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

We are guided by our values, not quick fixes.

CBS Counseling is grounded in the belief that growth happens when people feel respected, supported, and empowered to make meaningful choices. Rather than positioning therapy as something that repairs or rescues, this practice views therapy as a space for people who want to understand themselves more clearly and move through life with intention.

GROWTH OVER REPAIR

We believe people are capable of change without being labeled as broken

CHOICE AND AGENCY

Therapy should expand options, not prescribe a single path forward

REAL LIFE RELEVANCE

Growth must translate into daily decisions, relationships, and boundaries

RESPECT FOR COMPLEXITY

We honor the realities of pressure, transition, and responsibility without oversimplifying them

OUR PRACTICE

Care shaped by experience, training, and real life understanding.

CBS Counseling is a relationship centered practice offering support for individuals and couples navigating transitions, connection, and emotional complexity. The work is informed by clinical training, professional experience, and a deep respect for how personal history and present circumstances intersect.
