Individual therapy sessions are $200 per session. Couples sessions are $250 per session. All fees are discussed upfront so there are no surprises.
We do not accept insurance directly. However, we can provide a superbill upon request. A superbill is a detailed receipt of paid sessions that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan’s out of network benefits.
Individual sessions are 50 minutes. Couples sessions are typically 50 minutes as well, with the option to schedule 90 minute sessions when additional time is beneficial.
If you have a private, comfortable space for virtual sessions, outcomes are generally comparable to in person therapy. Some clients find virtual sessions especially helpful, as being in their own environment can reduce overstimulation and increase emotional comfort.
Therapy is a relational process, and fit matters. If it becomes clear that I am not the right provider for your needs, or if another type of specialization would better support you, I will offer referrals from my professional network to help you find appropriate care.
